ART. 1総則 / General Provisions
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「米刻」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをインストールまたは使用することにより、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Rice Timer" application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ART. 2本アプリの内容 / Description of the App
本アプリは、鍋を使った炊飯に特化したタイマー機能を無償で提供するアプリケーションです。主な機能は以下のとおりです。
- 米の種類・水量に応じたタイマーガイド
- 炊飯工程（浸水・加熱・蒸らし等）ごとのカウントダウン
- 通知・アラーム機能
本アプリ内には広告（企業提携バナー広告・Google AdMob 等）が表示されます。
The App is a free timer application specialized for stovetop rice cooking. Key features include:
- Timer guidance based on rice type and water amount
- Countdown for each cooking phase (soaking, heating, steaming, etc.)
- Notification and alarm features
The App displays in-app advertising (partner banner ads, Google AdMob, etc.).
ART. 3免責事項 / Disclaimer of Warranties
3-1 タイマーの精度 / Timer Accuracy
本アプリのタイマーは端末の動作環境（省電力設定・バックグラウンド制限・OS 仕様等）に依存します。これらの要因により正確に動作しない場合があっても、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
The App's timer depends on the device environment (battery-saving settings, background restrictions, OS behavior, etc.). We are not liable for any inaccuracy caused by such factors.
3-2 調理結果 / Cooking Results
提供するタイマー時間はあくまで目安です。米の品種・鍋の素材・火力・水質・室温等により炊き上がりが異なる場合があります。最終的な調理の判断は利用者ご自身の責任で行ってください。
Timer durations are provided as guidelines only. Results may vary depending on rice variety, pot material, heat intensity, water quality, ambient temperature, and other factors. The user assumes full responsibility for cooking outcomes.
3-3 サービスの継続性 / Service Continuity
当方は、本アプリの継続的な提供・更新を保証しません。メンテナンスや障害等により、予告なくサービスを停止・終了する場合があります。
We do not guarantee the continued availability or future updates of the App. The service may be suspended or terminated without prior notice due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons.
ART. 4広告の表示 / In-App Advertising
本アプリ内には以下の広告が表示される場合があります。
- 企業との提携によるバナー広告
- Google AdMob 等の広告配信サービスによる広告
広告配信に関連するデータの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。
We display the following types of advertisements within the App:
- Banner ads through corporate partnerships
- Ads served by Google AdMob or similar ad networks
Data practices related to advertising are governed by our Privacy Policy.
ART. 5禁止事項 / Prohibited Conduct
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・改変
- 本アプリの無断複製・再配布・販売
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 当方または第三者の知的財産権・プライバシーを侵害する行為
- サーバーやネットワークへの過度な負荷をかける行為
- その他当方が不適切と判断する行為
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Reproduce, redistribute, or sell the App without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or public order
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of us or any third party
- Place excessive load on our servers or network infrastructure
- Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate
ART. 6知的財産権 / Intellectual Property
本アプリに関するすべての著作権・商標権その他の知的財産権は当方に帰属します。本規約は、当方の知的財産の使用ライセンスを付与するものではありません。
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any license to use our intellectual property.
ART. 7規約の変更 / Changes to These Terms
当方は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
ART. 8準拠法・管轄裁判所 / Governing Law and Jurisdiction
本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our place of business.
