ART. 1はじめに / Introduction
当方は、「米刻」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we handle information in connection with the "Rice Timer" application ("App"). Please read this Policy carefully before using the App.

本アプリは現在、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報を直接収集していません。ただし、以下の情報が自動的に収集される場合があります。

- クラッシュログ・エラーログ（クラッシュレポートサービス利用時）
- アプリの利用状況に関する統計情報（機能の使用頻度等）
The App does not currently collect personally identifiable information (such as name or email address) directly. However, the following may be collected automatically:
- Device information (OS type, version, device model)
- Crash logs and error logs (when a crash reporting service is used)
- Aggregated usage statistics (e.g., feature usage frequency)
2-2 広告配信サービスが収集する情報 / Information Collected by Ad Networks
本アプリは広告（Google AdMob 等）を利用しており、広告配信サービスが以下の情報を収集することがあります。
- 広告識別子（iOS: IDFA、Android: AAID）
- IP アドレス
- デバイスの種類・OS バージョン
- 広告の表示回数・クリック状況
The App uses advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob) which may collect:
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)
- IP address
- Device type and OS version
- Ad impressions and click data

ART. 4第三者への提供 / Sharing with Third Parties
当方は、以下の場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。
- 利用者の同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく開示が必要な場合
- 生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要で、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
- 広告配信サービス（Google AdMob 等）への情報提供
We do not share your information with third parties except in the following cases:

ART. 5広告と選択肢 / Advertising and Your Choices
5-1 Google AdMob について / About Google AdMob
本アプリでは Google AdMob を利用しており、Google は興味・関心に基づく広告を表示するためにデータを使用することがあります。パーソナライズ広告を希望しない場合は、以下の方法でオプトアウトできます。
- iOS: 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング → 「アプリからのトラッキング要求を許可」をオフ
- Android: 設定 → Google → 広告 → 「広告 ID を削除」または「広告のカスタマイズをオプトアウト」
The App uses Google AdMob, and Google may use data to show interest-based ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
5-2 企業バナー広告について / Partner Banner Ads
提携企業のバナー広告を掲載する場合、当該企業に対して匿名化・統計化された情報を提供することがありますが、個人を特定できる情報は提供しません。
If partner banner ads are displayed, we may share anonymized, aggregated data with the partner company. No personally identifiable information will be shared.
ART. 6データの保管と保護 / Data Storage and Security
当方は、収集した情報を適切に管理し、不正アクセス・漏洩・改ざん等を防ぐために合理的なセキュリティ措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の完全なセキュリティを保証することはできません。
We take reasonable security measures to protect collected information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
ART. 7未成年者のプライバシー / Children's Privacy
本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。13歳未満の方の情報を意図的に収集することはなく、当該情報が収集されたと判明した場合は速やかに削除します。
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.

当方は必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内の通知またはアップデートでお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or app update. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
